The perspective behind the advice
Cory’s career has involved a widening radius of responsibility—from demanding hands-on work and military service to technical practice, operating leadership and executive advisory. The lesson carried forward is to understand the work, respect the people affected and accept responsibility for what happens next.
That perspective shapes the advice Ubique brings to clients. A technical question may also involve operating priorities, governance, commercial commitments or the information people need to act. The starting point is to listen carefully, define the real decision and distinguish documented evidence from working assumptions.
Clients should expect direct questions, thoughtful challenge and practical next steps proportionate to the decision. The aim is to strengthen their understanding and ownership, including recognizing when another qualified adviser is needed. Good advice should help a person or team move forward with greater clarity and confidence, without creating unnecessary dependence on the adviser.
